Foot Reflexology: Nature's First Aid Kit
The feet connect to the entire body, including the skeleton, the organs and the brain. This class will provide a basic outline of correspondences between points on the feet and larger structures in the torso and head. You'll learn how to energize and relax the spine, soothe a nervous stomach and ease a headache. I recommend fingernails as short as you're willing, and do bring your feet along with you - they'll appreciate it.
